Terms of Use

Use filebanao for lawful everyday cards and documents. Do not forge official government, bank, or university records. These terms also protect the AdSense and AdMob programs from invalid or prohibited use.

The service

filebanao is a design studio. You create a layout, save it, edit it, and download a PDF or image. We are not a government office, university, bank, or event ticketing company. A download from filebanao is a design file you made. It is not an official identity, degree, licence, or paid ticket unless a real organisation separately issues that status.

Allowed uses

You may create job resumes, school / college / company / club identity cards, visiting cards, personal or matrimonial biodata, invitations, greeting cards, thank-you cards, course or participation certificates, event entry passes, and office letterheads for organisations you are allowed to represent.

Prohibited uses

These uses are banned. They can get your account closed and they can get our ads and Play listing rejected.

  • Replicas or lookalikes of Aadhaar, PAN, passport, visa, voter ID, driving licence, ration card, or any national identity document.
  • Bank cards, UPI QR fraud, cheque lookalikes, or payment instruments.
  • Fake university degrees, government seals, court stamps, or licences you are not authorised to issue.
  • Event passes sold as real paid tickets or boarding passes.
  • Adult sexual content, hate, violence, weapons, illegal drugs, or malware.
  • Spam, phishing pages, or documents used to impersonate a person or brand.
  • Clicking your own ads, asking others to click ads, or any invalid AdSense / AdMob traffic.

Your content and responsibility

You own the text and photos you enter. You grant filebanao a limited licence to store, display, and export that content so the studio can work. You are responsible for having rights to photos and names you use, and for how you use the downloaded file.

We may remove content or accounts that break these terms, the Content Policy, or Google Play / AdSense / AdMob rules.

Accounts, ads, and Premium

Keep your password private. The free app and website may show Google ads. Premium, when active, can hide AdMob ads in the app. Ads on the website follow the Advertising Policy.

The service is provided as is. We are not liable for print-shop errors, job outcomes, event entry, or anyone treating a filebanao PDF as an official record.
