Content Policy

filebanao is a design tool, not an issuing authority

Every download is a user-made design. It does not become a government ID, a university degree, a bank instrument, or a paid travel ticket because it was made here. Templates that look formal (identity card, certificate, letterhead, event pass) are labelled for school, office, club, course, or event use only.

Allowed content

These categories are the whole public catalog. They are everyday personal and organisational documents.

• Resume / CV for jobs.
• Identity card for school, college, company, or club — not a national ID.
• Visiting / business card.
• Personal or matrimonial biodata — not a legal affidavit.
• Invitation, greeting, and thank-you cards.
• Course, participation, or achievement certificates you are allowed to issue.
• Conference, concert, fair, or VIP-style entry passes — not a payment ticket and not a boarding pass.
• Office letterhead for your own organisation — no government seal.

Banned content (ads and Play risk)

Creating or sharing the following is forbidden. It can remove your account and it can get ads or the app rejected.

• Aadhaar, PAN, passport, visa, voter ID, driving licence, ration card, or any government identity replica.
• Credit, debit, or ATM card layouts; cheque books; fake UPI or KYC pages.
• Fake degrees, marksheets, court orders, police IDs, or government letterheads.
• Adult sexual content, pornography, or sexual services.
• Hate speech, harassment, or content that attacks a protected group.
• Graphic violence, terrorism, or weapons sales.
• Illegal drugs, stolen data, malware, or phishing.
• Copyright theft you do not have rights to use.

User-generated text and photos

You type the names and you pick the photo. We do not review every card before save. If we learn a card is used for fraud or impersonation, we may delete it and the account. Report abuse to hello@filebanao.com.

Photos should be images you have the right to use. Do not upload other people's ID scans or children's photos for a public-facing card unless you are the parent or the school and the card is for internal institutional use.

How this protects ads

AdSense and AdMob disallow ads next to illegal or dangerous content and next to pages that enable identity fraud. This policy, the in-product warnings on identity / certificate / pass / letterhead modules, and the Terms are how we keep inventory policy-safe.
